In this session, we are going to cover multiple aspects of being a female on the job. We will be covering a wide array of things women may encounter on the job as well as just being a female on the job. Our main focuses are being more efficient throwing a ladder or doing a rescue drag/carry, going over how policy in a department is important to your overall success and what to look for, requesting for gear that fits you appropriately, and answering all questions there are. We are going to open the floor for Q&A at the end of our session. This session is open to both male and female. It is intended to educate and facilitate having women in departments.
