Focused on real-world incidents – including a hair-raising near-miss – this class gets you thinking about what you as a company or chief officer can do ahead of time and on scene to accomplish the mission. Discussion will include balancing available tools with affordability, local resources, building relationships ahead of the incident, and calming the chaos as command. Dashcam video, detailed maps, and radio traffic adds another dimension to the case studies as you get the chance to learn from an honest review of what went well and what didn’t.
